SHIPPING: All wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx or your preferred shipper. All domestic orders are charged a flat rate of 12% for shipping and handling.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERIES and report visible damage immediately! Save all packing material and cartons of damaged goods for inspection. Concealed damage should be reported to us upon discovery.

DELIVERY/TURN AROUND TIME: Delivery time is generally between six to eight weeks from the onset of production.
